With Mono Threads at MedexWA, PDO (Polydioxanone) threads (short lengths of surgical stitch material) are ‘injected’ under the skin to form a mesh or scaffolding.

The threads are absorbed over a period of 6 months or so and whilst in place a healing response will be activated to stimulate the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid.

You should notice a gradual improvement in skin tone, suppleness, fullness and firmness. The new collagen remains long after the thread has been absorbed.

Threads can be used with or instead of filler, so great for all the following areas:
