Laser Pigmentation Removal with the PicoSure Pro
We are Perth’s only provider of the PicoSure Pro laser, the latest generation medical grade laser (Class 4) and the only one in WA. This laser delivers bursts of energy in picoseconds which is so quick (one trillionth of a second) that it spares the skin from the high thermal damage associated with traditional lasers which means less discomfort and no downtime. The treatment itself usually takes less than 10 minutes.
The PicoSure Pro breaks pigmentation into small fragments which the body’s immune system then removes so there is no ‘shedding’. Other lasers use heat to do this whilst our Picosure Pro generates cold pressure waves within the skin.
No special skin preparation is required beforehand, although some medications need to be avoided (esp Retinols)
